Recognizing and Valuing Healthcare Quality Professionals

As healthcare quality professionals, we’ve always known that the role we play in improving outcomes and ensuring patient safety is valuable and significant. And with today’s current healthcare landscape, more and more people are recognizing our value and the contributions we make to the healthcare system, too. NAHQ is committed to ensuring that our profession continues to gain even greater recognition and that we, as healthcare quality professionals, are even more valued as essential players in the industry.

One of the ways NAHQ raises greater awareness for the profession is through Healthcare Quality Week (HQW), which takes place each year during the third full week of October. HQW 2019 is just a few days away: October 20-26.
