Offered by Arizona State University’s College of Health Solutions and the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering, the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt – Health Care Certification Program is a 10-week, project-based program designed to combine the valuable techniques of Lean and Six Sigma into one comprehensive program designed specifically for health care professionals.
This certification program provides the knowledge and skills required to effectively manage Lean Six Sigma projects within the health care setting to improve patient and care delivery outcomes.
