Anthony Warmuth is the vice president of clinical and operational improvement at Cleveland Clinic. He leads enterprise efforts across safety, quality, patient experience and continuous improvement. He received his healthcare master’s in Public Administration and graduate certification in Bioethics from Cleveland State University. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and serves on the Board of the Northern Ohio Chapter of ACHE as past president. He has research and policy interests in improvement science, patient safety and eliminating healthcare disparities.
He received his CPHQ from the National Association of Healthcare Quality and was among the first in Ohio to receive Patient Safety Certification by the National Patient Safety Foundation. He has more than 25 years of healthcare experience in quality, administration, and research roles in a variety of healthcare settings.
