Supporting NAHQ’s educational programming is Jamel’s top priority, whether that be coordinating CPHQ virtual exam prep courses and monthly webinars, the continuing education (CE) approval program or content for the Journal for Healthcare Quality. This role calls for him to be both technically and customer focused – by proactively raising program & user issues to leadership and concentrating on customer feedback to recommend opportunities for improvement. Jamel holds a BA in Mass Communication and Media Arts from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale and has nearly 10 years of experience managing e-learning systems and providing end user support.
