Phyllis is responsible for coordinating technology solutions with NAHQ business needs; and acting as liaison with staff and vendors to optimize member and customer experience. Phyllis is also a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), and a Certified Salesforce Administrator. Her non-profit career has spanned a background in corporate account management, sales operations, marketing, membership development, business analysis, and CRM management. She holds a BA in German and Political Science from Wartburg College and a MS in Marketing from Johns Hopkins University.
