Q Community

This session will feature shared learnings from two research studies that explore the utilization of performance and process improvement (PPI) methods during the response to COVID-19. Representatives from the National Association for Healthcare Quality (USA) and Q Community (UK) will present key findings from their research and discuss important lessons for healthcare organizations to consider as the world enters a new era of healthcare delivery.

At the end of this presentation, participants will recognize the different ways in which healthcare quality professionals have used improvement tools to help manage the COVID-19 crisis, and be able to apply key lessons learned to support improvement work in the post-pandemic recovery.
