Presenter: Megan Gillespie

This session will share a re-imagined approach to operational efficiency and care coordination leveraging the principles of high-reliability, improvement science, and integrating a change management strategy into our Patient-Centered Clinical Transformation journey resulting in a 30% reduction in total harm (78 patients protected, 729 days avoided and $1.5 million dollars in savings), as well as a 40% improvement in Emergency Department to admitted bed placement, 0.25 reduction in Length of Stay and top KP Large Hospital HCAHPS performer.
