Recertification is an integral part of the Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality® (CPHQ) program, allowing certified individuals to demonstrate continued expertise in the field through continuous professional development.
The requirements to recertify are changing, however, if you are due to recertify by December 31, 2022 the previous requirements of 30 Continuing Education (CE) hours still apply. Your 30 CE hours need to be earned between January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2022. To determine the type of CEs that are accepted for your CPHQ recertification, review this webpage.
