Henley serves as Manager, Clinical Quality Improvement at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. In her role, she leads initiatives to prevent harm and improve the quality and safety of care by developing, advancing, and evaluating hospital quality priorities in collaboration with clinical and administrative leaders.<br><br>With more than 15 years of healthcare experience and over seven years in quality improvement, Henley focuses on advancing clinical improvement strategies that strengthen patient safety and improve outcomes for patients with serious illness. Prior to her work in quality improvement, Henley practiced as a pediatric and adult emergency nurse.<br><br>Henley is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. She earned nursing degrees from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Sacred Heart University.
