Currently, I work in the Quality Department, where I support compliance, performance improvement, and workflow optimization. As the team we all hold a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, which we use to bring structure, clarity, and measurable improvement to the work we support. Our team project recently showed how Epic Chat improved restraint documentation compliance and how it reflects our interest in practical, meaningful solutions that enhance both quality and efficiency.
