Aleese is a training and development professional with over 15 years of experience in building and managing educational portfolios for associations. Early career ambitions of teaching English literature morphed into an exciting career path in adult learning; she brings to NAHQ a wealth of knowledge in training methodologies and instructional design to create meaningful educational experiences for HQ professionals. Aleese oversees live, in-person, virtual and on-demand educational programs for NAHQ, including CPHQ prep, HQ Principles, and Learning Labs. She also supports the Journal for Healthcare Quality (JHQ) and the continuing education (CE) approval program. She is heavily involved in program delivery, continuous improvement and new development initiatives; Aleese holds a BA from Eastern Illinois University.
