Alyssa is responsible for the coordination of the Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification program, including maintenance of the NCCA/ICE accreditation, working with NAHQ’s 3rd party testing vendor (PSI) on both exam/item development and the logistics of exam delivery. She also is responsible for the coordination of recertification activities and volunteer management of the Test Development Team (TDT) and Item Writing Work Group (IWWG). Alyssa holds a BS in Community Health from the University of Kansas and has nearly 5 years of experience supporting certification program(s) and healthcare professionals.
