Frank is responsible for all aspects of the development, maintenance and delivery of the Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality® (CPHQ) certification program, ensuring continued alignment between the program’s objectives and the needs of the healthcare quality workforce. He has over 13 years of experience managing and overseeing certification programs for associations in various industries, including construction, supply chain and logistics. Frank studied business administration and marketing at DePaul University and holds the Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential.
