Elizabeth Nichols is the Quality Informatics Manager for the Division of Cardiology at Jefferson Einstein Hospital, a 500-bed acute care safety net hospital in urban Philadelphia. The Division of Cardiology is accredited by the American College of Cardiology in both Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology. It is also recognized as one of America's 100 Best Hospitals for Cardiac Care by HealthGrades and as the only Cardiology Division in the Philadelphia region designated as an ACC HeartCARE Center of Excellence. Nichols earned her undergraduate degree from Hillsdale College and a Master of Applied Science in Patient Safety and Healthcare Quality from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ). Nichols is passionate about making data accessible and meaningful for her team and supporting excellent cardiac care through data driven decision making.
