Jennifer Chapin serves as a Patient Experience Coach for the Department of Veterans Affairs, National Veterans Experience Office. She has over 21 years of experience in healthcare in progressively challenging roles. Jennifer is a Master's-prepared Registered Nurse, Forrester Certified CX Expert, and has worked in long-term care, acute care nursing, case management, quality management, and as a National consultant. She is results-driven and has extensive experience speaking to large groups, facilitating process improvement projects, conducting focus groups, and driving improvement in Veteran healthcare. In her current role, Jennifer works across the Department of Veterans Affairs, with multiple healthcare systems, helping to provide consultative services to improve the Veteran/Patient experience.
