Stephanie currently serves as a lead lactation consultant with AdventHealth for Children. For 18 years she has served the maternal neonatal dyad with passions in neonatal resuscitation, transition, breastfeeding, quality, outcomes, and evidence-based practice. Stephanie has helped integrate Magnet framework to perinatal services, chaired unit and campus wide councils, and led out on multiple EBQI Initiatives. She has received accolades such as Speak up for Safety, and campus Professional Excellence Nurse of the Year.
