Vince began his healthcare journey in 2013 by working at a central fabrications lab making custom orthotics and prosthetics. Four years later, he obtained his degree in diagnostic medical sonography with high honors, launching his inpatient career at Spartanburg Regional as a Vascular Technologist. During his time with the hospital system, he has drafted policy, presented at a symposium, and teamed with IT and EPIC systems for software improvements. His passion for evidence-based change led him to lead a multidisciplinary DFSS project to evaluate the financial viability of establishing a DVT clinic for the hospital system. Facilitating this team was part of gaining his Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma. Vince continues to focus his efforts in the advancement of healthcare quality. He will attain his MBA in December 2025 and seeks opportunities to earn his Black Belt in the near future.
