Jan Johnson brings over 25 years of experience in strategic leadership, management, and organization development and has worked for the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) for over 20 years. During this time, she has built a wonderfully diverse set of skills and areas of expertise that has led her to successfully occupy many positions at the facility and VISN level,l including Assistant Medical Center Director, Primary Care Telehealth Program Manager, VISN Improvement Specialist, VISN System Redesign Program Manager, VISN Designated Learning Officer (DLO) and VISN Change Management Officer. She currently works for the National Center for Organization Development (NCOD) as an organizational development professional, where she serves as an integral team member on Organizational Health and functions as the Program Manager and Strategic Consultant of the Voice of the Customer (VoC) Program, Executive and Leadership Coach, Organizational Health Consultant and is the Producer of the highly successful ˜Audacity to Fail: misstepping into Success™ podcast. Additionally, Jan provides dynamic, innovative, and versatile leadership across High Reliability Organization (HRO), Change Management, Improvement, and Human Centered Design initiatives while fostering the transformation and growth of strong leaders and cohesive teams. Jan has a passion for helping leaders actualize their full potential and reach their identified goals, all while gaining insights that empower them to improve the organization's health, effectiveness, and results. She is curious and deeply inspired by the opportunity to be a thought partner with employees as they engage intentionally and leverage their unique skills, talents, values, interests, and expertise.
