Eden Cunningham, MPH, CPHQ is a public health leader with more than seven years of experience advancing healthcare quality, safety, and system coordination. She serves as Director of Patient Safety and Quality at the DC Hospital Association, where she leads initiatives across member hospitals and partners with government agencies and community organizations to improve patient outcomes and strengthen health system collaboration. Eden has extensive experience managing complex projects, facilitating multi-stakeholder partnerships, and translating strategic priorities into actionable programs. She oversees grant-funded programs and leads collaborative committees composed of hospital leaders to advance system-wide improvement efforts. Eden holds a Master of Public Health and is both a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and Certified in Public Health (CPH).
