Sr. Safety and Quality Analyst - Yale New Haven Health System
I am a Sr. System Quality & Safety Analyst at Yale New Haven Health System, where I coordinate system-wide regulatory and quality reporting programs across multiple hospitals. My work focuses on CMS quality programs, including the Inpatient and Outpatient Quality Reporting programs, eCQMs, hybrid measures, and CMS Star Ratings. I also lead efforts related to the Leapfrog Hospital Survey, patient safety metrics, and pay-for-performance programs such as HAC, VBP, HRRP, and commercial quality initiatives. In this role, I collaborate with clinical, analytics, and IT teams to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable strategies that support performance improvement and accurate public reporting. My experience working across multiple hospitals and quality programs provides a practical perspective on navigating evolving federal requirements and using quality data to drive improvements in patient safety, transparency, and outcomes.
