Vice President of Population Health & Clinical Quality - Austin Regional Clinic

Gemma Borja is the Vice President of Population Health & Clinical Quality at Austin Regional Clinic, a multi-specialty group serving Central Austin.  In her role, she provides leadership and strategic direction of the Population Health Department, including the management of value-based contracts and alignment of accountable care and clinical quality initiatives across the organization. Prior to joining ARC, Gemma served as Director of Clinical Integration and Care Management for the Seton Health Alliance/ACO, and as Senior Director – Clinical Excellence Performance Improvement/Quality Improvement for HCA Central and West Texas Division, including St. David’s HealthCare. She has also held leadership roles at Weill Cornell Medical College and the Charles B. Wang Community Health Center in New York City.  Gemma has over 25 years of experience in health care and healthcare administration, and is a licensed physical therapist.
