Alexsandra Davood brings a people-first approach to her role at NAHQ, combining executive support, operations, communications, and project management expertise to help drive organizational success. Prior to joining NAHQ, she served as Executive Assistant to the CEO at ThinkOnward, a former Shell Oil & Gas portfolio company. She also held roles supporting leadership, human resources, and communications at Head Start programs and Niles Township High School District 219. Throughout her career, Alexsandra has remained committed to one core principle: providing the strategic support that empowers leaders, strengthens teams, and advances organizational goals. Outside of work, she is a passionate board member of Ishtar's Circle, an organization dedicated to empowering Assyrian women.
