Kathy Clinefelter has extensive experience in developing and implementing programs to assess and improve the quality of clinical care and service in acute, ambulatory and managed care settings. Kathy is currently an independent healthcare consultant providing healthcare quality education as senior partner with Partners in Healthcare Quality. Kathy has served in multiple leadership roles for the Florida Association for Healthcare Quality (FAHQ), where she is currently a member of the Professional Development and Conference Planning Teams. She is a past president of both FAHQ and NAHQ and as a past member of the Healthcare Quality Certification Board; she has a special interest in preparing her healthcare colleagues for certification.
