Patricia Kirkpatrick, MJ, RN, CPHQ, Executive Director, Clinical Transformation and Delivery for UnitedHealthcare Community & State, Tennessee Health Plan, has expertise in regulatory compliance, health policy, and building metrics-driven systems improving overall population health within all aspects of the healthcare system. Patricia currently serves as Secretary/Treasurer and Board Member for the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ); Member, Steering Committee for NashvilleHealth and various national technical advisory panels for CMS and NCQA supporting development of LTSS Distinction Standards, Dual/MLTSS and CHIP measurement metrics. She is a co-author of two US Patents related to the integration of virtual and medical group care delivery. Patricia has held executive quality and population health roles in Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid managed care plans, employer-based healthcare providers, population health companies, in-home serious illness medical providers and was co-founder of a clinical advocacy case management company. In her current role with UnitedHealthcare, Patricia provides strategic leadership, direction and oversight of all clinical (including quality, SDOH and Value-based) programs for all Medicaid and DSNP member served by the Tennessee Community and State Health Plan. A resident of Spring Hill, Tennessee, Patricia is a registered nurse, Certified in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and holds a Master’s in Health Law from Loyola University, Chicago. She serves as Board Member/Librarian and volunteers in her local community with the Sarah Polk Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution.
