This session will highlight some of the key tools and philosophies of various process improvement methodologies. Kimm will share how to utilize these tools for a targeted approach to performance improvement and sustaining change.

Learning Objectives:

• Brief overview of Total Quality Management’s progression into current process improvement methodologies, including Kanban, Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma and Design Thinking.

• Description and utilization of various process improvement tools such as Force Field Analysis, Ishikawa Diagram, Affinity Diagram, Kanban Board, Sprint/Scrum Sessions, and more.

• Demonstrate the application of these learnings in a guided walk through of an award-winning rapid cycle performance improvement project, including lessons learned.
