With nearly 30 years of experience in complex healthcare systems in both the US and Canada, Priddy brings a seasoned perspective to improving quality, safety and organizational performance. Priddy manages the education function for University of Michigan Health's Quality department. Her team is responsible for designing and delivering curriculum for leading and improving quality and safety across the enterprise, facilitating nearly 200 hours of instruction and reaching 1K staff and faculty per year. Prior to joining the University of Michigan Heath, Priddy was with Vancouver Coastal Health in Vancouver, BC where she focused on the developing healthcare leaders in Lean Management. She holds a master's degree in organizational development from Ball State University and is a certified executive coach.
