Director of Quality Improvement - Northwest Hospital

Danielle began her career at Northwest Hospital in July of 2016 as a Maryland Hospital Acquired Conditions (MHAC) Quality Coordinator working with a multidisciplinary team to improve care to patients by implementing targeted projects and process changes to reduce the risk of hospital acquired complications. Danielle's position at Northwest quickly expanded into an internal quality consultant for the hospital at all levels. During her time as Director of Quality and Northwest Hospital, she has helped develop a pathway to quality excellence and works with the entire team on developing practices to help avoid unintentional harm, with a goal of Zero Harm and High Reliability. Danielle holds a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership and Administration from Notre Dame of Maryland University and a bachelors degree in nursing from Towson University.
