Vice President System Quality, Safety, Experience, and Healthy Communities - Columbus Regional Health
Jennifer is the Vice President of System Quality, Safety, Experience, and Healthy Communities at Columbus Regional Health. Prior to that she spent ten years as the Director of Quality and Safety at the Indiana University Adult Academic Health Center.
Jennifer started her nursing careers in critical care and went on to obtain her MSN as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. Jennifer has strengths in many quality improvement and safety sciences such as high reliability and complexity science. She also holds a micro credentials through NAHQ in healthcare data analytics. Jennifer is certified in Lean Six Sigma, TeamSTEEPS, and IDEO human centered design thinking. She has also functioned as an ANCC Magnet Program Director, Malcolm Baldrige Expert, and other national programs for excellence. She has a strong history of demonstrating sustainable improvements and innovations in quality/safety patient care outcomes ensuing in multiple national publications. Jennifer runs a non-for-profit which provides children with a new experience in education, athletics, or arts to foster stewardship in the local community.
