The National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) has set the benchmark for excellence in Quality and Safety across the healthcare industry. I align with NAHQ's values, championing change, collaboration, and continuous improvement in both quality and safety. One area of focus for me has been fall prevention, a critical issue in healthcare. Instead of viewing it as a challenge, I saw it as an opportunity to ignite change and spark meaningful improvements. By addressing this issue head-on, I have been able to encourage innovative solutions and create lasting impact on patient safety. Through proactive leadership, I strive to help organizations elevate their quality standards and create safer, more effective healthcare environments.
