Kandice Garcia Tomkins is the co-author of the ImPower Program and serves as the Quality Improvement director for the ACR Learning Network where she trains next generation of QI leaders in healthcare. Kandice has participated in the development and execution of additional improvement training programs such as the Stanford Advanced Course for Improvement Sciences, Core Projects, and the RITE program. She is a performance improvement specialist at Stanford University where she supports the radiology department in effective transformation. Most recently, she has founded, Tungsten QI Partners where she leads a team of consultants to support improvement and integrate technology at organizations across the country.
