Dr. Walty, a Pediatrician and Chief Medical Officer with 14 years of experience in Community Health Centers, is a frequent speaker on the impact of Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) on underserved populations. Her expertise has been pivotal in achieving high rankings for quality outcomes at our Community Health Center. Karen Hepworth, RN, CPHQ, Director of Quality has over 12 years of experience in quality improvement and has successfully built and implemented an SDOH screening program across 13 sites. Partnering with FindHelp, she led the initiative to provide patients with accessible low-cost resources. Ellen Denizard, Community Outreach Manager, brings a decade of expertise in public health.
