Cummings co‑led the design, testing, and implementation of Kaiser Permanente Northern California’s HRO Maturity Assessment, a tool created to help teams understand their current state of reliability and identify meaningful next steps for improvement. Her work focuses on moving beyond training to sustainable culture change by integrating just culture, error prevention, and learning systems into daily operations.
