Megan Turby Weaver, M.S.Ed, CHC, CPHQ is the Vice President of Compliance, Quality & HIM at Gulfside Healthcare Services (GHS), where she leads, develops, and implements the organization's compliance, privacy, risk, quality, and safety programs. She has 11 years of experience in the compliance, quality, and enforcement fields. Prior to her work with GHS she managed and conducted regulatory licensing surveys and investigations for the Bureau of Human Services Licensing within the PA Department of Human Services. Megan graduated from Duquesne University with a Master's of Educational Studies with a concentration in Program Evaluation and is currently enrolled in the Juris Master Program, Healthcare Regulation concentration at Florida State University College of Law (graduates May 2025). Megan is a Certified Healthcare Quality Professional (CPHQ), Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), and is Certified in Hospice Compliance and Quality through NHPCO (Now 'The Alliance'). Megan's professional and educational experience, paired with her passion for corporate compliance and quality improvement, has allowed her to become a trusted leader in her work.
