Prior to joining CLS, Rachel enjoyed 15 years of healthcare leadership including the
last 5 as a hospital executive and Chief Nursing Officer. Rachel earned her doctorate
in Nursing Practice and is an advanced board-certified nurse executive. In her
tenure as a Chief Nursing Officer she has successfully implemented a virtually
integrated care model, received a 4th Magnet designation, and has been involved
with the largest international clinician well-being study to date in her work with Dr.
Linda Aiken and the Magnet 4 Europe program. She has a track record of enhancing
work environments, increasing staff engagement, and improving patient
experiences. Rachel strives to support leadership development, empowering others,
and revitalizing a mission-driven culture. Rachel skillfully navigates the practical
challenges clients face in boosting operational efficiency and nurturing cultural
growth.
