Tricia has worked in oncology for forty years. She is a national thought leader in navigation program development and redesign. She presents various navigation topics internationally and has published extensively in oncology navigation. Tricia is the chair of the Academy of Oncology Nurse and Patient Navigators (AONN+) Navigation Metrics Committee, co-chair of the AONN+ Navigation Acuity project, past co-chair of the ACS National Navigation Roundtable (NNRT) Evidence-Based Promising Practice Committee, and current member of the ACS NNRT Policy and Advocacy Committee, and participant in the Biden Cancer Initiative for Patient Navigation. She was awarded the 2023 Academy of Oncology Nurse and Patient Navigator Lillie D. Shockney Lifetime Achievement Award.
