Making Time for Higher Quality, Better Outcomes
In our daily work, we are striving to provide reliable, higher-quality, safer healthcare across the care continuum. It can be a challenge to add multiple professional development programs into an already full schedule, but we also know how valuable professional conferences are to our continuing education. That’s what makes online courses, webinars and virtual conferences so appealing. There is additional value when you have the flexibility that virtual learning can bring. That’s what I enjoy most about NAHQ’s annual conference, NAHQ Next.
Coming out of COVID-19, NAHQ had a decision to make about NAHQ Next. I was pleased to learn last year that – when other industry events were moving back to an in-person format – NAHQ decided to remain virtual for the convenience of participants across the country and outside of the United States. NAHQ Next participation has continued to grow as the premier education conference for healthcare quality; we saw 5,000 conference participants in 2022!
Each year, NAHQ Next features a premier roster of high-caliber, credentialed and visionary speakers who bring hard-hitting, assumptions-challenging messages on the state of healthcare and its future. This year is no exception. NAHQ Next 2023 will be held on Sept. 11-13, and offers a wide variety of sessions on the trending healthcare quality topics of the day. Registration opened on June 7.
I will be delivering this year’s welcome on September 11, moderating sessions throughout the virtual education conference and providing closing remarks on September 13. I invite you to join me because this year’s topics can’t be missed:
