Pamela Wright is the Quality Management Officer in the NY/NJ Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN2) with over twenty - five years of process quality management, process improvement, and healthcare administration experience with a passion for improving the quality of care and patient safety in healthcare systems. Her background is in an RN with expertise in health administration, quality improvement, risk management, and program evaluation in both federal and private sectors. Pam has sponsored and led the network-wide Sterile Processing quality initiatives for over 10 years, resulting in the VHA's only ISO 9001:2015 certified Sterile Processing Service in all VA Medical Centers. Ms. Wright is an ISO 9001 internal lead auditor. She has provided ISO 9001:2008/2015 training and process-specific training for VISN2 senior leaders, frontline managers and staff, interprofessional clinicians, and Sterile Processing staff.
