Freda Juba is the Policy and Publications Coordinator for University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio. She is an integral member of the Policy Team which has worked diligently to transform the policy program and implement new document management software, PolicyStat. Freda currently serves as Chair of the System Policy Oversight Committee and works with caregivers across the system to strengthen University Hospitals’ policy program. Freda brings 23 years of experience in the health care industry to her role. Previously, as Quality Specialist at UH St. John Medical Center in Westlake, she organized regulatory and accreditation efforts, chaired the local Policy Oversight Committee and guided the system policy integration and reconciliation process. Freda is passionate about providing caregivers with quick access to the information and guidance they need to provide the best care to all patients.
