Seney is a Specialist for Quality Improvement and Regulatory Compliance for ColumbiaDoctors – The Faculty Practice Organization of Columbia University Irving Medical Center. For nearly 20 years she has served in various clinical and administrative roles in academic medical centers and in the private sector. As an advocate for patient safety, performance improvement and survey readiness, she ensures compliance with all regulatory and professional standards including Quad A, The Joint Commission, Department of Health, and health system requirements. In her current role she safeguards best practice through involvement in mock survey tracing, infection prevention and control, quality operations, education and training support, and emergency equipment and clinical competency compliance. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership from Stony Brook University and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).
