Wendy Frasure is the Policy System Administrator for University Hospitals Health System in Cleveland, Ohio. Wendy works to unify her health system’s access to policy through the use of technology and establish metrics to support accountability and user engagement. She oversaw the rollout of document management software to 30,000+ employees and continues to work on the transition of all department policies, procedures, guidelines and protocols into the software. Wendy has a wealth of experience with policy, accreditation, quality, and legal from her roles at the international law firm Jones Day, as well as the Board of Directors and Law Department Administrator, Quality Improvement Specialist and Clinical Data Analyst at University Hospitals. She also served as the System Administrator of an online platform for accreditation and regulatory readiness. Wendy obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from Baldwin Wallace College in Berea, Ohio. She is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality and is a Lean Healthcare Practitioner.
