Driving Consistency and Compliance: Transforming Provider Education Through an Enterprise LMS
We implemented a standardized provider onboarding and annual education program using the enterprise LMS to address significant variability in provider orientation across facilities, especially for those credentialed at multiple sites. The online curriculum streamlines previously inconsistent and time‑intensive processes, delivering a consistent, efficient, and compliant experience providers can complete prior to clinical access. To date, more than 8,000 providers have completed the program. This presentation will outline course‑selection methodology, LMS build and deployment challenges, and provider satisfaction and compliance outcomes. Phase Two will expand to specialty‑specific education for areas such as Emergency Medicine, Obstetrics, and Critical Care.
