With a tenure of 15 years at NAHQ, Jacki brings a wealth of experience creating, project managing and executing best in class events. She works cross functionally to deliver the National Quality Summit, NAHQ NEXT, and Healthcare Quality Week. Jacki is responsible for leading the organization’s in person and virtual events from conception to delivery. Jacki holds a BA from the University of Iowa and an MBA with a specialization in healthcare administration from Northcentral University.
