Dr. Chandrasekaran is a primary care physician, educator and population health executive committed to quality improvement and care transformation. He is currently the Chief Population Health Officer for Einstein Healthcare Network and Executive Director of the Einstein Care Partners Accountable Care Organization. He also serves as Instructor in the Jefferson College of Population Health, where he teaches continuing education courses on Population Health Management and Strategy.
